Summer Camp FAQs:

  • Beautiful, curious, open-minded souls come out to play.

A full spectrum variety: New folks who have never attended any camps, workshops or retreats. Individuals and couples who are keen on delving deep and getting fresh perspectives. Experienced campers who have been attending for years. Inspired souls who want to experience what it's like to thrive and be themselves within a sex positive community.

  • Connection! Connection! Connection!

The core of the Camp experience is relating! Each morning we come together as a community. We practice conscious connection with others through movement, communication, intellectual stimulation, and of course light-hearted laughter and play!

We join in daily Zegg Forum where the goal is to reveal what is alive but not known to all. The community sits in a circle, forming a stage for one person at a time to stand and show what is true for them. Facilitators may assist the person to reveal themselves more deeply. Afterward, community members may offer reflections.

In addition to Forum we have presentation/workshops, dances, a talent show, an auction and access to Aphrodite’s Temple sensual space.

Camp is also about choice. You may choose to attend all the workshops, share in Forum, or go to the temple, and you may also choose instead to spend time lounging and connecting with others. It's a great place to meet new friends and grow connections. Your experience is yours to craft.

  • Our awesome kitchen staff provide three vegetarian meals per day that include protein choices, savory flavors, and all the food groups that make up fully balanced and nutritious meals.

There Is a Personal Foods Kitchen (PFK) where you may bring pre-cooked meats. We require campers to take full responsibility for keeping them safely sealed, stored and removed from the site after camp.

  • All campers will be asked to contribute community service. This may include food prep, cleaning up, tidying spaces, etc.

Reunion Camp: 2 hours - plus optional individual and group opportunities to help decorate and finish other final touches to be ready for the Main Camp.

    Main Camp: 6 hours

It can be a joyful experience to work and play together. When you give with a playful spirit, work can easily becomes play!

  • NEW LOCATION in Tidewater, Oregon.

Exact location and directions will follow with acceptance information.

  • We will be at a new site this year, about 20 miles inland from the Central Oregon Coast.

Beautiful setting with very limited infastructure. The venue is a camping only scenario.

We will be sharing more specifics about the site as we get closer to camp.

Understand that we are setting up camp from pretty much scratch in the week before camp starts, so we may not have all the information available to you before you arrive.  Be prepared for the unknown!

  • Tent camping is the primary accomodation. Bring your own choice of camping set-up and build your home away from home. Multiple camping areas offer a variety of lovely settings.

  • RVs are welcome at no extra cost this year. No hookups.  There will be a designated vehicle camping area apart from the tenting areas.  (Ok to have a tent next to your vehicle in that area only).

  • Camping gear: Tent, bedding or sleeping bag, sleeping pad, blankets and flashlight, spray bottles for water, and reusable (non-glass) water bottles. We have filtered water on site.

Extra clothing: Clothing is optional at camp…however, please bring summer clothes to go along with your birthday suit and be prepared to throw on a sarong while in the food line or sitting down in shared areas. You'll likely appreciate some warm clothes for the typically cool mornings and nights. Think layers.

Earplugs: People snore and can be close by, so you may want these.

Sun protection: A hat or scarf for your face and shoulders. Sunglasses for the bright afternoons. If you wear sunscreen, please make sure it’s fragrance free.

Something for the auction: Think service and/or fun for any age–but not garage-sale-type items.

The auction is our main funding source for the scholarship fund and all proceeds go directly to campers who need financial support to attend. .

Please ensure any other products you bring are fragrance-free.

  • No illegal drugs or alcohol at camp. Instead, join us in chilling out and soaking up the beauty and awesomeness of the forest and the camp community.

  • This year, we're creating rideshares and coordinating airport and bus/train station pickups via our ridesharing board.

Once you have been accepted into camp you will receive the link to the rideshare board.

  • We understand that life happens, and some of you might have to cancel your plans to attend camp. If you cannot attend, please let us know ASAP so we can try to fill your spot.
