Pricing Information for Affinity Belonging West

Costs, Equity Pricing, Donations, and Financial Assistance

ABCamp 2.0 West Pricing  (you can find more details in our FAQs)

  1. We use a tiered sliding scale ($550-$1,100) as a base rate where you determine the level of support that is the most joyful for you.  Includes all program, meals, snacks, tent or vehicle camping, hot indoor showers & flush toilets.

  2. Optional shared or private rooms with single, double or queen beds with bedding are available for an extra cost of $15-45 per night per bed (no ensuite bathrooms, shared indoor flush toilets and showers near rooms).

  3. After choosing your level of support and accommodation choice, then you may subtract $100 for each equity discount that applies to you; 

  4. And if more financial aid is needed, you may apply for scholarships and/or worktrade.  

If you are sincerely interested in this work and you meet our selection criteria, we want you to join us no matter what you can pay.

Please consider supporting this and future events by making a tax-deductible donation to the ABCamp General Fund, which provides financial assistance for participants including equity discounts, scholarships and work-trade awards; the fund also provides reciprocity pay to leaders and organizers, especially those who must bear additional emotional labor as a target of conscious or unconscious oppression.

Pricing & Financial Aid Info

1) Choose a level of support from our tiered sliding scale as a base rate that is the most joyful for you:

Tiered Sliding Scale

$550—$699 PARTICIPANT - Payments in this range cover the cost of the event for yourself. Nothing more is expected.

$700—$849 SUPPORTER - If you are able and it is joyful for you, paying in this tier provides funds to pay our awesome leaders and organizers, and helps subsidize work traders, equity discounts, and financial assistance for those in need.

$850—$1,100 DREAM MAKER - This tier is for those who want to contribute to the future of this work together. We have big dreams, and with shared resources we can fulfill them more fully!

2) Decide if you want to add optional lodging options:

Indoor Lodging Costs

Tent or vehicle camping is available at no additional cost. 

Below is the extra cost for each indoor lodging option (no ensuite bathrooms; shared indoor flush toilets and showers are near rooms):

-Single bed in shared room - $15/night

-Queen or double bed in shared room - $25/night

-Single, queen, or double bed in private room - $45/night

Note: if you are sharing a bed with another person who has paid the extra cost, there is no extra cost to you.

-Limited RV hookups (110-volt only) - $15/night - very limited spots, please inquire first

3) Then you may subtract $100 for each equity discount that applies to you

Equity Discounts

If you identify as a person who has been affected by the historical and persistent inequity of colonialism or one of the various forms of institutionalized discrimination listed below, you may deduct $100 off from your chosen tiered amount above for EACH category below which you identify with as your lived experience, cumulative up to a max total of $700 off your selected Tiered amount (which must equal at least as much as your discounts).

  • Person of the Global Majority, ie: BIPoC (Black, Indigenous, and/or Person of Color)

  • Black/Indigenous reparations (in addition to above)

  • Latinx (due to deportation anxiety, in addition to PGM/BIPoC above)

  • Immigrant (of any nationality, due to deportation anxiety, in addition to above)

  • Trans/non-binary/gender non-conforming

  • Person with a disability

  • Economic need

    

4) If more financial aid is needed

Additional Financial Aid

You may apply for scholarships and/or worktrade on your application form. If you are sincerely interested in this work and you meet our selection criteria, we want you to join us no matter what you can pay. 

Thanks to the support of previous year's campers at NFNC Summer Camp West and other donors, we've established a campership fund that's available to all and also provides additional financial equity in recognition that the majority of our campers will be from marginalized communities.  

**No monies are due until after you receive your acceptance letter, and we are happy to make delayed payment arrangements if needed.**
